One evening you were taking a walk in the setting sun, and happened across a young lady. She asked you where the store was, but her Kansai accent was so strong that you had a hard time understanding her… You decide to just show her the way. That’s where our story begins…

This is DLsite’s 9th free official audio work!

This time the theme is “dialect x salon ASMR”.

It’s been around for 1,000 years, the Kyoto dialect of Japanese — maybe you’ve heard it before.

This script emphasizes the Kyoto dialect as spoken by younger people…

and hence our selection of Kyoto native Mayu Sagara to perform the role!

As stated above, we consulted real stylists in order to ensure the utmost realism for the salon segments.

Kanade Saionji (CV: Mayu Sagara)

A trade school student from the Kansai region who moved to your area because of her parents’ job.

Her home is quite large. Her dream is to become a beautician, and she’s working hard every day to achieve it. She can be a bit of a scatterbrain sometimes, but overall she’s a very nice girl. When she likes somebody, she’s the type that prefers to close the distance herself.

This is a salon with an unusual specialty — all the staff are otaku like you!

Anime songs are always playing, and the entire salon is neatly decorated with merchandise and manga.

If you’re having trouble with your hair, want a new look, or want to up your style game (but maybe aren’t so big on talking), this is the place for you!

The salon is just a short walk from Akihabara station past some of the hottest otaku spots in town, so if you’re ever in the area, stop on by! You won’t regret it (they even ask your favorite anime on the sign-in form)!
