She’s always looking out for others.
The Black Cat is one of her closest friends.
Korat Cat (CV: Ayane Sakura)

Her special ability is to speak to the heart directly.
Birman Cat (CV: Reina Ueda)
A friendly catgirl who’s full of smiles.
Likes to spoil people, and likes to be looked after herself, too.
She has a cute way of speaking, but maintains an air of nobility.
She has the ability to hypnotize people.
White Cat (CV: Ayana Taketatsu)
A slightly mischievous girl who’s comfortable around people of all ages.

When it comes to her beloved American Shorthair, she’s very devoted.
Truthfully, she thinks of all the smaller catgirls (American Shorthair, Korat, Birman) as her family.
American Shorthair (CV: Miyuki Sawashiro)
A catgirl who’s something like a sub-leader among the girls at the Nekomeikan.

Her special skill is understanding what people are thinking and replying appropriately.
Out of all the catgirls, the Cat Goddess comes to her most often for advice.
Series Story
Set out for Nekoma Mountain…!
You’ve been invited by the sound of a mysterious bell to the Nekomeikan…
a storied inn that exists between this world and the next.
Mortals, immortals, humans, and non-humans come to have some fun.
Here, a day can feel like 1,000 years, and 1,000 years can feel like a day.
And right now, it’s time for the decennial Festival of Nine Souls.
As the chosen one, will you accept the hospitality of the inn’s catgirls?
Meet the straightforward calico, the pure white cat, the friendly black cat,
the soft and gentle Siamese, the mature Bengal, the sweet Persian,
and the one who holds the key to everything, the Cat Goddess…
Spend some time relaxing with unique catgirls as the mysterious story
reveals itself in the second series of feline ASMR audio!
This time, take a trip to the sacred Nekoma Mountain…
It’s a holy place where only the gods may tread,
and where the founder of the Nekomeikan is said to make her home.
Because of the spiritual energy permeating the area, the seasons, the scenery,
and maybe even the footing are all relatively unstable along its perilous paths.
As part of the Festival of Nine Souls, you’ll travel up the mountain with different
catgirls and stay the night as the mysterious Nekomei Manor.
But just like the mountain itself, your journeys together may have their ups and downs as well…
Who will be chosen as the shrine maiden? Which catgirl will be reborn into the world?
Perhaps new catgirls will join in the ritual…
NECOGURASHI’s secrets will reveal themselves little by little…!
Do you hear the sound of bells…?

Editorial Review
NECOGURASHI 3 positions itself squarely in the burgeoning intersection of nature ASMR and character-driven voice work—a space that’s grown increasingly competitive as producers recognize that atmospheric soundscaping alone rarely sustains engagement across full releases. This “Complete Set” bundles ear-cleaning audio with mountainous ambience and narrative progression, betting that catgirl characterization can elevate what might otherwise feel like routine relaxation content.
What distinguishes this entry is its deliberate fusion of auditory craft with world-building scaffolding. Rather than deploying nature sounds as passive backdrop, the synopsis emphasizes that sound design staff integrated the environment into the storytelling framework—the mountain setting functions as both literal setting and narrative justification for the ear-cleaning sequences. The Nekoma Mountain conceit gives the relaxation material texture beyond generic woodland ambience. Casting Sumire Uesaka (Calico Cat) and Ayane Sakura (Korat Cat) suggests production confidence; both voice actors have established followings within ASMR-adjacent communities and bring distinct vocal timbres—the pairing of a hesitant, emotionally-guarded character against a socially omnidirectional one creates natural dynamic variation across tracks.
The explicit focus on “highest quality” ear-cleaning alongside soothing narration targets listeners who want textural ASMR triggers without sacrificing character investment or narrative coherence. This appeals primarily to seasoned voice work consumers who’ve moved beyond straight relaxation content and seek works that justify repeated listening through character development and vocal performance quality rather than pure trigger novelty.
A solid evolution for the NECOGURASHI franchise—the third installment knows its audience and commits to technical polish while resisting the temptation to bloat the experience with unnecessary plot complications.
