Synopsis
The protagonist is reincarnated as Analiee, the heroine of an otome game.
However, just before reaching the happy ending, she is killed by someone unknown.
When she awakens, she has been reincarnated a second time—this time as Anastasia, the villainess of the same game.
She harbors feelings for Cyan, one of the romance route targets, but Prince Cecil, the source of the bad ending route, persistently pursues her day after day.
One day, Cecil confesses to her: “I know about your previous life.”
Taking advantage of her moment of carelessness, Anastasia is placed under a charm spell and finds herself completely captivated by Cecil, body and soul——.

Editorial Review
[Riley’s Pick]
If you loved the first installment, this sequel deepens what made the original compelling: a sharp exploration of fate and agency through the lens of an otome game protagonist who knows exactly what’s supposed to happen to her. Reincarnated as the Villainess Before the Final Act 2 builds beautifully on the premise of a character trapped in a doomed narrative, armed with dangerous knowledge and the determination to rewrite her ending.
The magic school setting provides excellent atmosphere for developing romantic tensions while maintaining the underlying existential stakes. What sets this work apart is its commitment to character complexity—the villainess isn’t simply reformed or sympathetic, but actively strategic about her relationships and survival. The isekai mechanics feel purposeful rather than gimmicky, giving weight to her choices and the relationships she’s building.
The romance elements are woven thoughtfully into the larger narrative about breaking free from predetermined destinies, which creates genuine emotional stakes beyond typical otome beats. The school dynamics and magical worldbuilding offer interesting social layers that complement the personal drama. Readers who appreciate protagonists with agency and self-awareness will find much to enjoy here, and the sequel format means you’re getting deeper character development and payoff for established dynamics.
If you’re looking for an isekai-otome that treats its premise seriously while delivering satisfying romantic progression, discover why this sequel continues to captivate readers on Henhenta.
