What Should I Do? 2 Remaster – A Flat-Chested Girl on a Nukige Island

Editorial Review

A nukige comedy sequel that leans harder into absurdist meta-humor than its narrative structure might suggest. What Should I Do? 2 Remaster occupies that niche corner of the adult visual novel space where escalating nonsense and genuine character rapport coexist—think less traditional eroge progression and more comedic chaos grounded in established relationships. The remaster treatment signals publisher confidence in the IP’s longevity, particularly given the quality-of-life additions (backlog jump, expanded save slots) that feel driven by player feedback rather than cynical rereleasing.

The work’s central premise—a hero transported to another world via perverted SNS mishap alongside his established companions—exemplifies how Qruppo threads absurdist worldbuilding with relationship continuity. That the protagonist already inhabits a universe governed by a “Perverted Ordinance” and features a group called the “Steel Six” suggests this isn’t a work concerned with plausibility. Instead, it’s leveraging reader familiarity with the original’s cast dynamics and escalating that comedic energy to increasingly surreal levels. The “flat-chested girl” descriptor in the title anchors this to a specific character archetype while the “nukige-like island” framing signals knowing self-awareness—the work acknowledges its genre conventions while playing with them.

The combination of strong character writing and comedy-first storytelling appeals to players fatigued by conventional eroge pacing who want narrative momentum without surrendering humor or established character chemistry. Qruppo’s reputation for balancing explicit content with genuine character interplay is central here; the bonus soundtrack inclusion suggests audio design supports rather than undercuts comedic timing.

This remaster targets returning players seeking comfort revisitation alongside technical improvements, but the absurdist comedy and character-driven foundation make it accessible to newcomers willing to embrace its deliberately weird premise.
