Synopsis

Several months after quitting my job and opening a dream candy shop in a rural corner of Tokyo, I spend my days watching little girls go about their lives… and my plan is working perfectly. Every day after school, neighborhood children flock to my shop. They’re all honest, good kids who talk to me like a friend. However, soon after summer vacation begins, I catch Chie-chan, one of my regular customers, shoplifting candy. Though it’s a small amount, I can’t just let it slide. When I confront her about it, she proposes working part-time at my shop to pay it back. And so, my summer vacation with the little girls begins.
