Synopsis
I’ve been accepted to university and will move out to the city this spring. Before leaving my hometown, my parents tell me to visit the relatives who’ve helped me over the years. I take the train for an hour to their house, where I’ve always been taken care of, especially by my older cousin Miiro.
She’s been my first love and the ideal older sister figure… As I prepare to see her for the first time in four years, my nerves and anticipation grow.

Editorial Review
VR erotica built around the older sister/cousin fantasy remains a dominant microgenre, and this Marrion Group entry positions itself squarely in the premium end of that market—which is precisely where its technical ambitions and narrative framing suggest it belongs.
The setup leverages a familiar emotional throughline: homecoming nostalgia colliding with suppressed attraction, a gap of four years sharpening the protagonist’s perception of his older cousin. The teasing dynamic indicated in the tags suggests Miiro drives the encounter rather than passively receiving attention, which differentiates this from the transactional structure of much VR erotica. The emphasis on binaural recording—even with the caveat about audio-viewpoint desynchronization—signals investment in immersive presence beyond visual spectacle. High-quality VR production in this category typically means rendered environments with attention to spatial coherence and texture work that justifies the dedicated-player requirement.
The “exclusive release” tag hints at platform-specific optimization, which in Marrion Group’s catalog usually translates to technical polish and longer runtime compared to broader-market alternatives. Creampie content and the virginity-loss framing provide the mechanical throughline, but the cousin relationship and the four-year separation do genuinely contextualize the encounter in ways that elevate it beyond pure mechanical transaction.
Target audience: VR enthusiasts specifically invested in the older sister/teasing dynamic who prioritize technical immersion and aren’t deterred by the exclusive-player ecosystem requirements. Casual VR consumers should verify compatibility before committing.
For readers serious about VR erotica production values and willing to engage with the cousin-fantasy framing, this delivers the immersive scaffolding and narrative setup that separates premium doujin VR from commodity work. The teasing-dominant dynamic is the genuine differentiator here—if that appeals to you, the technical investment is justified.
