[Story]
Two months after winning the prestigious Four-Year Grand Duel Festival at the Knight Academy, Akito and his companions return to normal school life. However, the heroines’ romantic feelings for Akito continue to blossom, leading to an ongoing “love battle” for his affection. Meanwhile, the academy faces the Promotion Festival—a crucial individual tournament determining whether candidates advance to knighthood, are expelled, or remain enrolled.

Editorial Review
Uniolism Quartet A3-DAYS positions itself as a romantic visual novel grafted onto competitive fantasy sport worldbuilding, trying to balance harem dynamics with what sounds like genuine tournament narrative stakes. That’s an ambitious tonal mix, and the “love battle” framing suggests the developers understand they’re straddling two genres—romance VN and sports fantasy—rather uncommonly in the adult doujin space.
The distinctive appeal here is the armored combat sport (Fae) as narrative scaffolding rather than mere flavor. With 14 playable characters and 18 with adult content, the work commits to ensemble cast dynamics instead of cycling through isolated romance routes. The inclusion of a “Harem Patch” pre-installed signals the developers aren’t pretending the protagonist’s simultaneous romantic entanglements are incidental; they’re centering it as the actual conflict. For a visual novel, that’s refreshingly honest. The production specs are solid for a doujin title: 239 CGs across battle scenes and character art, ~27,000 words of voice, and substantial scenario depth suggest this isn’t a quick asset flip. This is a complete renewal of a 2016 release with bug fixes and bonus audio drama integration, indicating real post-launch support.
Where this lands commercially is with readers who want their romance visual novels seasoned with genuine worldbuilding and competitive stakes—the Fae tournament structure provides legitimate reasons for characters to interact beyond intimate scenes. The Japanese fantasy sport setting, rare in English-accessible adult VN releases, gives structural variety that straightforward harem routes don’t typically offer.
For players fatigued by isolated romance routes or seeking adult content embedded in something resembling a cohesive narrative universe with multiple character vectors, A3-DAYS delivers. The comprehensive package approach—harem mechanics explicit, bonus content included—respects player time investment. A competent execution of an underexplored niche.
