Synopsis
Set in the pre-war era, a former magazine reporter named Tokitsu Daisuke visits a mysterious Western mansion perched on a hill overlooking a remote mountain village. Awaiting him in the luxurious estate are the enigmatic mistress of the mansion, Kiritani Sumimi, and her beautiful daughters.
“You have been chosen,” Sumimi declares. “You are the sole man destined to conceive children with the Kiritani daughters and inherit everything this family possesses. It is our ancient tradition. Take my four daughters as you wish, exchange vows, and impregnate them.”
Thus begins Daisuke’s stay at the Kiritani mansion. Each night, intimate and passionate encounters with the sisters commence under the guise of “yotogi.” Military officers, wealthy merchants, and eerie servants come and go. And then there are forbidden memories involving Fujino, the fourth daughter who should have died long ago.
What secrets lie hidden in the blood of the Kiritani clan? And what fate awaits Daisuke?

Editorial Review
This is a rare breed of adult visual novel that weaponizes atmosphere and occult mystery as the primary engine of arousal rather than treating narrative as window dressing for sexual content. The Kiritani premise—a pre-war mansion, an ancient breeding cult, a protagonist ensnared in generational secrets—positions itself squarely in the intersection of folk horror and harem erotica, a lane that remains sparsely populated despite obvious appeal.
What distinguishes this work is its commitment to high-production CG and the deliberate pacing that lets dread accumulate alongside desire. The setup invokes classic gothic imagery (the isolated estate, the enigmatic matriarch, the proliferation of servants and visitors) while foregrounding pregnancy and lineage as thematic anchors rather than incidental fetish content. The mention of Fujino—a daughter presumed dead—signals that this narrative intends to complicate its own premise with genuinely unsettling twists. That’s a harder sell in a space where many harem titles treat plot as mere scaffolding.
The tags reveal deliberate tonal work: horror and occult sit alongside sisters and pregnancy, suggesting the creators understand these elements as mutually reinforcing rather than tonal whiplash. The mansion setting functions as both sensual backdrop and protagonist in its own right, which is the hallmark of more thoughtful adult game design.
This will resonate most strongly with players who appreciate slow-burn dread in their erotic content, who want narrative architecture that justifies its sexual sequences rather than merely frames them, and who’ve grown weary of harem stories that treat sisters as interchangeable character slots. The synthesis of folk horror aesthetics with pregnancy-focused eroticism remains genuinely uncommon.
A masterclass in using genre atmosphere to enhance rather than distract from adult content.
