“Alright… I’m back…” My name is Yamamoto Akuji. I’m an executive of the Wakame-gumi, the regional management association that controls Osaka City. Apparently, due to Wimmy’s policies causing internal conflict within the Wakame-gumi, regional management fell into neglect, so this new organization was created. Perfect timing.
