Set in modern times, the protagonist Tsuguhiko Ōdō is the reincarnation of a Demon King who dreams of becoming an eroge writer. While living as a human student, he awaits the day of his awakening as a Demon King and world domination. However, on the long-awaited day of his awakening, he is attacked by Exshiir, a Divine Knight tasked with eliminating the Demon King. Though he manages to escape, he is betrayed by Bezel, his most trusted demon subordinate, and loses all his magical power except for the power of lust. Due to demonic scheming, Exshiir becomes stranded on Earth. Tsuguhiko must now fight alongside his former enemy, the Divine Knight, against the demon army “Worgrim” led by Bezel.
