Koji, a camera enthusiast working as a salesman for a medical equipment manufacturer, is someone who would do anything for those he loves. While pursuing a fulfilling life amid the daily grind of work, he meets the innocent and cheerful Karen at a hospital that is one of his business clients. Though drawn to her bright and gentle nature, Koji struggles to take the relationship to the next level. As schemes from those around him widen the distance between them, Koji finds himself consumed with thoughts of Karen.

One day, while browsing in a bookstore, Koji discovers a submission photo that deeply captivates him.

This game includes a bonus mode called 【Karen’s Feelings Mode】 where Karen shares her perspective on the choices made during the game, revealing her complex feminine emotions.
