Synopsis

On the remote island of Laurensia, four races—humans, fairies, dwarves, and beastfolk—once lived together in peace. Their harmony was hard-won through united struggle against a Demon King who came from the mainland, plunging the island into terror and despair. After centuries of prosperity supported by advanced magic, the threat of the Demon King has faded from memory. But one day, a massive earthquake shakes the entire island.

The epicenter is the dungeon ≪Zwinga≫ where the Demon King was sealed. Fearing this may herald the Demon King’s resurrection, the four races task Bernard—a descendant of the mage who created the original barrier—with investigating the disturbance. Upon arrival, the awakening Demon King makes Bernard an enticing offer: assist in his resurrection, and he will restore his youth.

Seduced by this temptation, Bernard falls under the Demon King’s control. Now, as the princesses are sent to re-seal their ancient enemy, Bernard works from the shadows to ensnare them in carefully laid traps…
