Game Modes
Two game modes are available: Story Mode and Challenge Mode.
Story Mode has 16 levels in total, following the story of Alice going to defeat the Demon King. It takes about 3 to 5 minutes per level, so you can play casually. Even FPS beginners can enjoy this mode.
Challenge mode allows you to shoot a lot of enemies in randomly generated levels. This is about 15 minutes per play, but you can play it over and over again. This mode is relatively difficult, so it is recommended for those who like more severe battles.

Alice with Gatling sits in the narrow corner of doujin shooters built around a single idea: stress relief through volume. Where much of the FPS space in independent circles leans on survival tension, resource scarcity, or sprawling level design, this one strips the genre to a power fantasy with a cute-character mascot on top.
The clearest distinguishing choice is the design philosophy stated outright in the synopsis: no exploration, no difficult actions, only shooting. Infinite ammo, with reloading as the lone rhythm break, tells you the developer cares more about momentum than challenge. Boss fights built around weak-point targeting add a little skill expression to an otherwise relaxed loop. The ally system is the more interesting wrinkle. One to several companions join each stage and trade conversation along the way, which gives a pure shooter some personality and keeps the solo premise from feeling isolating. The garage, where the Gatling gun’s performance can be adjusted slightly, offers light progression without the bloat of a full loadout system. The Music tag suggests audio is meant to be part of the appeal, and the bilingual Japanese and English support lowers the barrier for international players, which is still not a given in this corner of the market.
Nothing in the description points to heavy narrative or elaborate systems, so expectations should stay modest. This is a compact, focused application, not a sprawling adventure.
