Disappointment ~Forgotten Meat Toilet~ LV2

Editorial Review

★2.3 / 5 — henhenta editorial rating (our own assessment, not the DLsite official user score)

This work occupies an extreme niche within the degradation and body-waste fetish subgenre—territory that demands audience self-awareness and a stomach for content most adult game consumers will find repellent rather than arousing. Injuu Koubou positions itself here as a specialist developer, leaning hard into scatological themes and internal penetration scenarios that push well beyond conventional NTR and anal content.

The structure relies on short-story scenarios with animation sequences anchoring the fetish material, a format that allows the developer to isolate extreme content rather than embed it within elaborate narrative. Scenario 1 delivers the familiar NTR framework (girlfriend betrayal via authority figure) but weaponizes it as pretext for the genuinely unusual premise. Scenario 2 takes a different angle—the age-gap shock and deception angle—but serves the same functional purpose: establishing a victim for degradation. The inclusion of voice acting and animation distinguishes this from text-heavy alternatives, though the production value here caters to a specific audience willing to sacrifice polish for niche content availability.

The combination of enema, internal urination, and defecation mechanics is genuinely rare in the adult game space, even among deliberately extreme releases. That specificity is the work’s primary selling point and its hardest sell simultaneously.

This work exclusively targets consumers already committed to body-waste and extreme degradation fetishes. If that’s your territory, the animated scenarios and thematic consistency will justify exploration. If you’re testing the waters of “harder” adult content, this is the deep end—not a gateway experience.

A precisely targeted release that knows exactly what it is and makes no concessions to broader appeal; essential only for practitioners of its specific fetish ecosystem.
