Synopsis
Summary
“Hey, big brother…
Do you know just how much your stench is turning me on right now?”
My little sister’s friend, Shiho, has huge tits, is cute as hell, and has a smell fetish?!
She can’t get enough of the stink that men give off, and I can’t resist her slutty seduction…
Whenever she comes over, I always end up fucking her behind my sister’s back.
After holding off for a week, she stays over and I creampie her raw on a risky day…
While my sister’s not looking, she’ll…
– stroke and sniff my musty dick through my undies!
– clean my dick cheese with her horny face, then suck me off!
– stick her finger in my foreskin, then enjoy my smegma as she masturbates!
– wrap my dick in her sweaty-ass tits, then let me cum all over them!
– let me inhale the sweaty armpit funk from her gym clothes as she gives me a handjob!
– take my virginity in cowgirl as she smothers me in sloppy kisses!
– ahegao just from the sight and smell of my dick!
– let me smear my precum and dick cheese all over her face… and then cum in her mouth!
– be reduced to a puddle as her pussy drips cum after a night of raw, risky sex!
… you get the idea. Plenty of dick sniffing and dick cheese!!

Editorial Review
This work occupies a distinctly niche corner of the adult manga landscape: fetish-focused erotica built entirely around olfactory stimulation and bodily secretions. Where mainstream adult doujinshi tend to center visual appeal or conventional power dynamics, this title commits fully to smell fetishism as its core erotic engine, making it a rare specialized entry rather than a crossover appeal piece.
The synopsis reveals a work that prioritizes anatomical specificity and sensory detail over narrative complexity. The taboo framing—illicit encounters hidden from the sister—provides narrative scaffolding, but it’s clearly secondary to the fetish execution. What distinguishes this from generic incest-adjacent doujinshi is the deliberate escalation of scent-based scenarios: the progression from covert sniffing through underwear to full sexual acts centered on smegma, sweat, and bodily funk shows a creator who understands their niche audience’s preferences with clinical precision. The bilingual availability (Korean, Japanese, English) and multiple file formats (JPEG, PDF) suggest a creator optimizing for accessibility across international communities.
The work’s strength lies in its uncompromising specificity. Rather than treating smell fetishism as a peripheral element, it’s woven throughout every described scene, with each act designed to maximize olfactory stimulation. This laser focus will resonate strongly with practitioners of this particular fetish while likely alienating readers seeking broader appeal or more conventional narratives.
This is explicitly targeted at smell fetishists and specifically those oriented toward masculine bodily odors and hygiene-related content. The combination of foreskin play, smegma fixation, and sweaty body worship is exceptionally rare in the adult manga space, marking this as a specialized commission rather than a mainstream work.
For dedicated practitioners of this fetish, this delivers exactly what the title promises without apology or restraint—a solid specialized purchase.
