Punishment for the Bully! sits in the comeuppance-driven corner of adult manga, where the appeal comes from watching a dominant character lose control rather than from escalating scenarios alone. The reversal setup is common in the doujin space, but it is usually pitched at a single power imbalance. Here it spans two timelines: a school tyrant who preyed on the weak, and the same man years later as a celebrated ring champion.

The most interesting choice is Kyousuke’s characterization. He is written as the full package, with striking looks and a brilliant physique, which gives the fall some weight. His past catching up with him at the height of his glory is a clean, easily readable dramatic hook, and the sports-ring setting gives that collapse a public stage. The package is also more generous than the page count suggests. A 16-page comic drawn by ocigart and coloured by the circle creator is followed by a short epilogue about Kyousuke’s disastrous post-comic match, with four extra pages from a second artist, Jack Ray. That bonus extends the payoff instead of ending on the first humiliation, and the creator-supplied English and Japanese descriptions make it accessible to both audiences.

Readers who enjoy humbling-the-arrogant narratives, muscular protagonists, and short, focused one-shots with a clear premise will get the most from it, especially those who like extra illustrated material attached to a compact main story.
