Bra-Buster Madam Next Door & Erogaki & Playboy

Editorial Review

★3.8 / 5 — henhenta editorial rating (our own assessment, not the DLsite official user score)

Neighbor-wife romance in an RPG wrapper is a well-worn corner of the adult game space, and most entries in it lean heavily on passive netorare. This one flips the usual emotional setup: the protagonist, the cheeky “Erogaki” of the title, witnesses Mrs. Aoi with a playboy while her husband is abroad, then vows to win her over himself. That makes him a scheming rival rather than a helpless bystander, a competitive angle that gives the role-playing structure a clear motivation.

The package is more generous than the modest premise suggests. Thirty basic CGs support the story, and the gallery room and the naked sprite changing function suit a format built around a single character’s appeal. The ending structure is the strongest sign of design intent: two BAD ENDS, one NORMAL END and a TRUE END mean outcomes depend on how you play, so the rivalry has real stakes. The Music tag points to a fuller audiovisual presentation than many bare-bones RPG releases, and the creator’s official guide suggests there is enough to the route that players may want help reaching the best ending. The English tag and the creator-supplied English description also make it accessible without a translation patch.

The synopsis is brief, so the depth of the writing is hard to judge. Its comedic, brash tone, down to the “bra-buster” framing, suggests it prioritizes playful fantasy over psychological drama.

Fans of mature-woman and neighbor-wife scenarios who like pursuing a multi-ending route, and who prefer an underdog schemer to a passive observer, will find the most here.

A cheeky, ending-driven take on the neighbor-wife fantasy that rewards players willing to chase the TRUE END.
