Tagged Simulation and Application rather than adventure or visual novel, it puts mechanics ahead of story, and it makes no pretense otherwise.

What gives it some structure is the risk-and-reward loop. Touching the sleeping sister earns points, and those points are spent raising her “drowsy LV,” which makes her harder to wake. That turns a passive premise into a light management game: you balance greed against the threat of waking her. Many similar 3D toys are just sandboxes, so even this modest progression layer is a meaningful design choice. The Voice and Music tags suggest audio reactions and atmosphere will carry much of the tension, which matters in a game built around staying quiet.
