Synopsis

Ken’ichi is an obstetrician-gynecologist, though few in the neighborhood know about his profession. One day, a newlywed couple moves into his apartment building. As Ken’ichi becomes closer to them, he develops a strong attraction to the charming young wife, Mizuho.
Then one day, Mizuho visits Ken’ichi’s clinic seeking fertility treatment—creating an awkward situation where he must examine his neighbor’s intimate areas.
Featuring examination scenes resembling a medical simulator, Ken’ichi uses various instruments while displaying them deliberately. The young wife spreads open behind a curtain, her expression shifting between embarrassment and excitement as intimate details appear on the monitor. What begins as medical examination gradually escalates into something far more unethical.
As their relationship progresses, the boundaries between treatment and infidelity blur. The wife becomes increasingly uninhibited, and their encounters grow more intense.
