Slice of Venture 2 – Come Hell or High Water – Collector Edition

Slice of Venture 2 – Come Hell or High Water – Collector Edition sits in the story-driven corner of the adult adventure space, where character relationships and ongoing plotlines matter more than a quick sequence of scenes. Sequels with returning protagonists are common, but this one stands out for an unusual premise: the heroines are pulled into the politics of the adult entertainment industry itself.

The setup balances external and domestic stakes. Yuki and Ayame help the famous porn star Eri against a corporate CEO who is hunting her, while at home their mother Reiko struggles to keep her true self hidden from her husband after the trip to their uncle’s farm. Running an industry conflict alongside a secret-driven family drama gives the sequel more narrative range than the usual one-note premise. The “Come Hell or High Water” framing suggests the family itself is at risk. The collector package adds real material for fans. It includes a 107-page artbook tracing development from start to finish, and a 26-page doujin about Naomi that runs parallel to the main events. Both extend the world beyond the game. The Music tag and the circle’s own English production are also worth noting, since English-language releases with this much supplementary content are still uncommon.

Readers who have followed the sisters from the first entry, and who like family secrets mixed with industry-set intrigue, will get the most from this edition. Newcomers should be aware it is built on an established cast.

For existing fans, this is the definitive way to experience the sequel.
