Abdominal pain in public places… the urge to defecate…
But there’s no time to reach a toilet right now…
By the time freedom of movement returns, they’re already at their limit…!
They have to run to the toilet…!
Control girls who have held it in too long and guide them to the toilet.
You’ll need to avoid crowds while running, but colliding with people intensifies their urge.
Held back by other people, trapped playing games they can’t leave, on vehicles with no toilets… Everyone has their own reason for enduring.
Once they reach their limit, it’s over.
Accidents in clothes…
Deafening sounds… filth falling… tears streaming… cold stares…

Five girls suffer through different scenarios: Niimi stuck in class until the chime rings, Sakura trying to finish work, Mei unable to leave an online game, Ichigo with food poisoning on the train, and Uni holding it in during a car ride. Guide them all to the toilet!
