This installment tells the story of Yoshio Mitarai, the eccentric protagonist Toshihiko Higashi’s partner and greatest rival.
It depicts the origin story of how Mitarai became interested in watching women desperately holding their bladder and bowels.
One day, as Mitarai heads home from school, he spots his classmate Izumi Kanemaru at the school entrance, well past dismissal time. Suspicious about why she’s returned to school, Mitarai decides to follow her. As he trails behind, Izumi disappears into the restroom. Gathering his courage to enter the girls’ restroom, Mitarai witnesses a shocking scene that will forever change his life.
Inspired by this experience, Mitarai becomes obsessed with watching Izumi desperately holding it. He devises an elaborate plan and executes it after an all-nighter.
This is a sound novel-style game that carefully depicts how a cool classmate’s rationality crumbles under intense urges.
