    Synopsis

    Summaru

Kai is still being held deep inside the enemy base, and receiving beatings from Yayoi, Natsuki, and Mayumi.

But he’s got one shot at escape — defeating the bee specialists Rio and Mio. Can he do it…?

    [Characters]

    Rio (Blonde) Mio (Silver)

Two ninjas with powers derived from bees.

They’re still trainees, so they don’t have as many skills as the other ninjas.

Even so, when they fight together they’re good at covering each others’ weak points.

They’ve been well-trained in t*rture and interrogation, however.

    Yayoi

A ninja with powers derived from spiders. She’s strengthened by nanomachines inside her body,

which is exceedingly flexible and able to restrict her opponents’ movements.

Thanks to her spider powers, she tends to crawl around on the ceiling and has good balance.

Her silk is useful for binding and strangling during assassinations.

She and Natsuki are often paired up, where Yayoi does the binding and Natsuki attacks.

    Natsuki

A ninja with powers derived from scorpions.

Nanomachines inside her body produce various toxins ranging from numbing agents to aphrodisiacs,

making her a skilled interrogator. She can inject the poisons with needles from her hands and feet.

She’s also fond of transmitting them using kisses or strap-ons.

Her preferred fighting style is kickboxing, and she specializes in striking.

    Mayumi

A ninja with powers derived from snakes.

Nanomachines inside her body grant her tremendous flexibility, which she uses to bind her opponents.

She’s a genuine sadist who just loves to watch her opponents squirm between her thighs while she chokes them.

Like Natsuki, she can produce toxins, but only a numbing agent.

Her fighting style is based on judo, Brazilian jujutsu, and pro wrestling.

    Kai

A member of a special anti-crime task force on a solo reconnaissance mission.

Read these two first for even more fun!

    Editorial Review

★3.5 / 5 — henhenta editorial rating (our own assessment, not the DLsite official user score)

Game of Death 3 occupies the well-worn intersection of male captivity, combat-based humiliation, and insect-themed ninja eroticism—a niche that’s seen steady output across DLsite’s adult manga catalog but rarely with much narrative innovation. This sequel trades straightforward dungeon scenarios for a survival-combat framework where the protagonist’s only path to freedom runs through defeat of specialized adversaries, positioning it within the broader “escape through sex and violence” subgenre that remains popular despite its formulaic reputation.

What distinguishes this entry is its commitment to character-specific mechanic design. The bee specialists Rio and Mio function as a skill-check encounter with complementary weaknesses and support patterns, while Yayoi and Natsuki’s spider-scorpion pairing emphasizes paired bind-and-strike tactics that theoretically demand adaptive player thinking within the game-adjacent framing. The nanomachine-enhancement lore gives the developers textual justification for the absurd flexibility and restraint capabilities central to the work’s appeal. There’s craft evident in how each ninja’s thematic animal powers—web-based restriction, venom-coded aggression, pollination-adjacent mobility—translate into distinct torture and interrogation specializations. The inclusion of English translation widens accessibility, and the dual format (JPEG and PDF) caters to different reading preferences, suggesting production attention beyond bare-minimum asset creation.

This will resonate most strongly with readers invested in insect-girl ninja aesthetics, combat-framed captivity scenarios, and multi-opponent encounter design where defeat carries specific humiliation consequences tied to each captor’s distinct skill set. Casual consumers of adult manga will likely find it repetitive; specialists in this particular fetish intersection will recognize a competently executed sequel that understands its audience’s mechanical and thematic demands.

For genre enthusiasts seeking competent execution of well-worn captivity mechanics with character-specific variety, this delivers exactly what the title promises.
