Editorial Review: Personality Excretion

This sits squarely in the transformation/humiliation fetish subcategory—specifically the niche intersection of anal modification and personality inversion that’s seen modest growth in the Japanese doujin space over the past few years. The premise leverages the appeal of irreversible bodily alteration combined with the contrast between a character’s original demeanor and their post-transformation behavior, a combination that remains relatively underexplored compared to mainstream TF content.

The work distinguishes itself through its specificity: the “modification jelly” device is concrete and absurdist enough to anchor the fantasy, while the use of “BUZAMA-ly” (a colloquial Japanese term for uncouth or vulgar transformation) signals the creator understands their audience expects comedic degradation rather than seamless metamorphosis. With 13 base CGs plus variations and bonus materials, this is a modest but focused production—enough content to establish visual consistency without padding. The format as CG + illustrations suggests a hybrid approach rather than full sequential narrative, which is typical for transformation-focused works where isolated moments of change matter more than plot progression.

The tags confirm this is purely about fetish fulfillment rather than character development or story arc; the pride-to-baseness inversion is the entire appeal. Japanese doujin creators in this space typically understand their audience wants clear before/after contrast and visible personality markers in the artwork.

Readers seeking transformation content with a specific focus on personality inversion through humiliating bodily modification will find exactly what they’re looking for. Those expecting narrative substance, character agency, or any element outside the core fetish should look elsewhere.

A competent, no-frills execution of a narrow but dedicated fantasy.
