The Annals of Mix Fight Reports (English)

Editorial Review

★3.8 / 5 — henhenta editorial rating (our own assessment, not the DLsite official user score)

Catfight and mixed-fight fetish manga is a narrow niche, and most of it leans on pure spectacle with thin framing. The Annals of Mix Fight Reports stands out by presenting itself as a documentary-style adaptation, “based on actual experiences” and drawn from a published interview with two women who later became models. That reportage angle is uncommon in a field dominated by fantasy setups.

The premise is built on a clear power structure that then starts to wobble. Inoue is a hobbyist who stages monthly hotel-room bouts with a ten-minute limit and a cash incentive, casting himself as the controlling ringmaster. The hook is that his two fighters refuse to be the obedient “kittens” he expects and turn on him. The character writing helps this along. Anna is loose and girlie on the surface but sadistic in a scrap, with a thigh-choke specialty. Maya has four years of high school judo behind her and a professional competition career that ended at 20, now channeled into dominating paying masochist clients. Pairing a technique-driven grappler with a playful sadist gives the matchups contrast beyond simple rivalry, and the female-dominance undertone fits the tension of a voyeur losing control of his own setup. The synopsis cuts off mid-description of Maya, so the full scope of her role is not clear from the listing alone.

On the production side, the release comes in both JPEG and PDF formats and is available in English, which is convenient for readers who want flexibility in how they view it.

Readers who want grappling-focused fetish material with a dominance twist and a grounded, real-world flavor will get the most from it. For catfight fans tired of generic setups, this is a distinctive, premise-driven pick.
