STORY
“The creatures of the demon world known as “”succubus”” use a male’s sexual energy,
his “”technoforce”” as their nourishment.
One day, one such succubus known as “”Lovelia”” appears suddenly before the main
character to steal the power of his lust, known as his “”technoforce””.
Considered to be one of the greatest beauties in 1000 years, Lovelia may look bewitching,
but the truth is that this is her first ever work assignment,
and she is very naive when it comes to men.
Lovelia tries again and again to steal away his technoforce, but her innocence gets in the way of any real progress.
Unless Lovelia succeeds in harvesting the technoforce of the one she has chosen to possess,
she can’t return home to the demon world, nor can she possess another man.
…Lovelia finds herself stuck living together with the main character.”
“Can Lovelia successfully harvest technoforce?!
Set in Akihabara, the awkwardly funny and slightly naughty new life of one naive succubus begins!”
CHARACTER
Lovelia (CV: Yuri Ayase)
Height: 159 cm
Weight: 43 kg
BWH: 85(C)/59/86
Contrary to appearance, Lovelia is actually a naive succubus apprentice.
Lovelia appears at the main character’s house in order to harvest his “technoforce”,
the power derived from a male’s lust.
In the demon world, she is considered to be one of the greatest beauties in 1000 years,
but Lovelia is still naive, despite being a succubus.
Lovelia has a strong tendency to day-dream,
and the slightest comment from the main character leads her to have instant naughty fantasies.

Editorial Review
TroubleDays positions itself squarely in the slice-of-life romance-adventure niche that’s seen steady growth in the English-language doujin market—a softer counterpart to the harder adult visual novel space, prioritizing daily interaction and emotional development over explicit progression. The premise of cohabiting with an inexperienced supernatural character has become familiar territory, but the game’s specific angle—a succubus whose naïveté actively undermines her predatory mission—suggests a comedic romantic dynamic rather than a power fantasy.
The E-mote engine integration is the production standout here. The promise of smoothly animated standing illustrations that convey life and presence elevates the visual presentation beyond static CGs, which has become increasingly valued in doujin works targeting players fatigued by traditional visual novel stiffness. This technical choice directly serves the cohabitation fantasy by making Lovelia feel present during everyday scenes rather than merely appearing at dialogue checkpoints. The combination of voice acting and music alongside animated character movement indicates production values that exceed typical solo-developer doujin output.
What makes TroubleDays distinctive is the thematic inversion at its core: the succubus destined to drain sexual energy becomes the character whose innocence and incompetence create romantic friction instead of seduction. This reversal of the expected succubus archetype—where naïveté becomes a genuine narrative obstacle rather than a performative trait—differentiates it from the glut of “monster girl learns human ways” works currently saturating the space.
This will resonate most with players seeking light romance punctuated by suggestive humor, who value character animation quality and want emotional stakes beyond conquest mechanics. The English localization and multilingual support broaden accessibility in a niche often dominated by Japanese-language releases.
A confident execution of a familiar formula, elevated by technical presentation and a character angle that actually earns its comedic potential.
