Princess’s Air Hockey sits in a small corner of the adult doujin catalog: the R18 action game that is not really about erotica. The synopsis states plainly that there are no sexual elements and that the age rating exists only because of nude character depictions, which makes it a novelty-sports title in a market dominated by visual novels and RPGs with explicit content.

What sets it apart is the attention to game feel. Control is mouse-only, but the developer exposes technical settings that most doujin action titles ignore: an FPS display, a 60FPS target during matches, and internal processing that scales from 48 to 240. Successive updates added adjustable maximum puck speed, optional motion blur, a mouse assist correction, and an option to revert to the older calculation method. That kind of tuning suggests a creator who cares about how the game plays. The Voice tag is also meaningful here. Later versions have every character speaking frequently, with revised taunt and scoring motions, so the cast has personality beyond a character select portrait. Selectable backgrounds, six stages in the full game, and the Osi Sumo mini-game add variety to what could have been a one-note premise. The demo covers three characters and three stages, so you can judge the physics before committing.

The audience is narrow but clear: players who enjoy character-driven arcade games, want a lighthearted, low-pressure competitive experience, and are comfortable tweaking performance settings. Those expecting erotic content will be disappointed, and anyone with an underpowered PC should test the demo first, since smooth rendering is essential.
