Synopsis

A game where you work as a witch inquisitor, using interrogation and torture to hunt down witches hiding in town—but you can also use your authority to live however you please.

A small nation defeated in war and placed under occupation. Powerful men are imprisoned, while women are permitted to live as second-class citizens. However, the women of this small nation possess strong will and call themselves witches, organizing resistance movements across the land and awaiting their chance to strike back.

Your initial mission is to find these witches and maintain world order.

You are a middle-class citizen in this world. Officials from the upper classes frequently visit and interrogate you. Your survival depends on your skills.

(Social climbing is possible)

Using special skills and torture devices you develop, you can interrogate those above your station. Complete submission raises your rank and grants access to higher society. Even the highest ruler can theoretically be completely subjugated.

(The world situation evolves dynamically)

The witch resistance organization plots daily revolution. You might become their target. Alternatively, genocide of second-class citizens including the resistance is also possible. Hidden elements include witches with genuinely demonic powers beyond human comprehension.
