Synopsis

Satoru Hikawa, who worked in the General Affairs Department of Shinya City Hall, is appointed as director of the newly established Shinya Shopping Street Planning and Revitalization Division on the recommendation of the vice mayor.

With newly assigned subordinates Mio Akasaka from the Citizen’s Division and Hitomi Takaya from the Tourism Division, Satoru works to revitalize the Shinya Shopping Street, which has become a shopping street with closed shutters.

Slowly, the shopping street begins to regain its vitality… However, someone’s sabotage efforts gradually torment Satoru and his team.

Can the Shinya Shopping Street truly recover its former vibrancy?
