Female Desperate Vol.5 (Vida Loca)

Synopsis

The fifth installment in the Female Desperate series, focusing on female desperation in restroom situations.

Protagonist Higashi Toshihiko starts a small local TV station. After rigorous appearance screening, Sagawa Maiko is selected and grows into a popular announcer, hosting the flagship program “A scenic bus tour with a beautiful female announcer.”

One filming day, Maiko is told by Higashi that today’s broadcast will be aired live nationwide. The bus route starts at a coffee shop, where Maiko participates in a tasting of five different coffees.

While savoring the final cup, Higashi informs her there’s no time left before the bus departs. Maiko hurriedly rushes out of the shop and boards the bus without using the restroom.

Shortly after filming begins, the diuretic effect of the coffee causes Maiko to feel a sudden and intense urge to urinate. Though she wants to tell Higashi, she’s too embarrassed to confess in front of the nationwide live broadcast audience.

As the desperation from five cups of coffee becomes unbearable, Maiko suddenly presses the stop button and begs to get off. With only a 30-second commercial break during the live broadcast, she must make a quick decision from three options Higashi proposes:

(1) Use a portable toilet and urinate for 10 seconds

(2) Relieve herself outdoors for 20 seconds

(3) Use a portable urinal in the vehicle for 30 seconds

Which option will Maiko choose?
