Synopsis

■Story

In a quiet village, there lived a couple named Claude and Ruby.

After completing the necessary wedding ceremonies, they return to their village.

But then, the Duke’s army arrives, sets fire to everything, and mercilessly slaughters the villagers.

Claude shields Ruby and sustains injuries, falling into a river. Though he survives, a mercenary named Layla rescues him—only to inform him that the village has been completely destroyed, plunging him into despair.

Having lost both his homeland and the woman he was to marry, what kind of life lies ahead for him…?
