Episode 1: Mariko (Small)
One year after Vol.2, Toshihiko establishes a new company. His classmate Mariko shows interest in the new business and joins him on a site visit. On the way, Toshihiko secretly adds a diuretic to Mariko’s drink to watch her desperation. Mariko becomes desperately in need of a restroom, but they’re on a rural road with no facilities nearby. As she reaches her limit, Mariko decides to relieve herself in the car, but Toshihiko attempts to stop her.
Episode 2: Mariko (Small)
The company they’re visiting is owned by Toshihiko’s best friend, Yoshio Mitarai, who shares his fetish. To watch Mariko’s desperation, Mitarai has all company restrooms closed for renovation. During a meeting, the second wave of the diuretic hits, leaving Mariko in agony. Unable to access a restroom, what choice will Mariko make?
Episode 3: Yumi (Large)
Newlywed Masao waits for his wife Yumi’s return from a company retreat with a home-cooked meal. When Yumi arrives home, she desperately rushes to the restroom. On the company retreat, Yumi happened to sit next to none other than the perverted protagonist, Toshihiko Higashi.
