Synopsis
The year 25XX. One week has passed since communications from Mars, located 86 million kilometers from Earth, suddenly ceased.
Due to environmental pollution, resource depletion, and overpopulation on Earth, an interplanetary immigration plan to off-world colonies had long been in development.
Mars was selected as the primary immigration candidate, and an advance team was deployed there exactly three years ago.
However, the Mars immigration plan takes an unexpected turn.
Communications from Mars abruptly cut off.
The final message from Mars read: “Mayday, emergency situation. Under attack at the central laboratory facility.”
A new crew is assembled and dispatched to investigate the situation and rescue the advance team.
