Synopsis
Every night, the sisters are restrained against the wall with their buttocks exposed, having bizarre creatures stuffed into their mouth, genitals, and anal opening.

Two cute sisters come to work as maids for a doctor researching ancient worms.
The sisters agree to live-in work under a one-year contract with upfront payment. However, as the doctor explores ancient ruins in pursuit of his research, he becomes increasingly possessed by the ancient worms and begins performing rituals of stuffing bizarre creatures into every orifice of the sisters’ bodies.
