Synopsis
Take over as landlord of an apartment building (full of male residents) in place of your mother and take care of the tenants!
Yui is an ordinary student who was looking forward to a relaxing summer break. However, her mother, who works as a landlord, must return to the countryside to give birth. Now Yui must take over the landlord duties in her mother’s absence.
As the new landlord, Yui discovers that “taking care” of the residents’ needs is part of the service. With nine male tenants living in the building, various sexual situations unfold across multiple scenarios. Watch as inexperienced Yui gains social experience and matures through encounters with her residents.
