    Synopsis

    ◆Story◆

“Down the rabbit hole lay a murder scene.”

One day, protagonist Alize (name changeable) is sucked into a mysterious “rift in space” in the middle of the city and tumbles through it.

She lands in a strange city in the dead of night.

There, she encounters a creepy serial killer wearing a white rabbit mask—the “Slasher Rabbit”!

Saved by the skin of her teeth, Alize learns this world is an alternate dimension inhabited by monsters.

Worse yet, there’s no way back to the surface.

On top of that, she’s been falsely accused and is now a wanted criminal with a massive bounty on her head!

Targeted by both the Slasher Rabbit and the public, Alize ends up working at either the “Hatter’s” or the “Grocer’s” shop—but the residents all seem to have quirks of their own…!?

A slightly mature otome romance ADV game (age 15+) where you evade a serial killer while pursuing love with a positive attitude.

※This work contains horror elements, blood, violence, and cruel imagery.

    Editorial Review

★4.2 / 5 — henhenta editorial rating (our own assessment, not the DLsite official user score)

BLOODY TEA PARTY occupies a curious space between cozy otome romance and survival horror—a hybridization that’s genuinely uncommon in the English-available doujin scene. Most titles pick a lane; this one threads the needle between Alice in Wonderland gothic aesthetics and genuine serial killer peril, with romantic subplot mechanics running parallel to actual danger. The tonal whiplash is intentional, and that structural choice is the work’s most interesting gamble.

The distinctive appeal here rests on three pillars working in tandem. First, the premise weaponizes Wonderland trappings (the Slasher Rabbit, the Hatter, the Grocer) not as window dressing but as functional world-building that justifies both the horror and the romance—this isn’t cute-girl-in-danger-meets-bishonen, it’s cute-girl-in-actual-danger-meets-bishonen-who-exists-in-that-danger. Second, the tag combination of yandere, tsundere, and verbal teasing suggests character writing that acknowledges the strangeness of pursuing love while evading homicide; the residents aren’t ignoring the chaos, they’re contextualized within it. Third, the Android app format positions this as a mobile-native experience rather than a PC port, which likely informed pacing and interface design.

This lands squarely for players who find appeal in the friction between horror atmosphere and romance progression—specifically those drawn to dark fantasy otome that don’t relegate danger to window dressing. If you want traditional sweet romance with light spooky flavoring, this isn’t your work. If you want tonal coherence between “serial killer threatening your life” and “suitor with a questionable personality,” the combination is rare enough to justify attention.

A darkly atmospheric otome that respects both its horror and romance premises rather than subordinating one to the other.
