Hospital of the Dead (Black Stain)

Synopsis

An exploration-style 2D action game where you defeat zombies with a scalpel and bat while exploring a hospital to escape.

Controls: Arrow keys to move, Up to jump, Down to crouch, Z for scalpel attack, X for bat attack, S to heal, Space for menu to purchase skills with blood.

If your health reaches zero and you touch an enemy, an H-scene begins.

All adult scenes can be viewed in full-screen in the Extras menu.

[Story]

A mysterious infectious disease spreads, and the protagonist “Aoi” awakens in a hospital turned into a hellscape swarming with zombies. Alone, armed with a scalpel she finds, she attempts to escape from this nightmarish hospital.
