You play as the school janitor. This time your targets are adult women who have graduated and entered society. Seven adult participants and one schoolgirl participate.

You have 3 chances to make someone faint.

At 3 locations, use from 18 types of scare items (12 available at start) to frighten the women.

Each scare raises the heart rate gauge at the top of the screen. When it exceeds 190, she faints. At 210+ heart rate, she also loses control and faints twice.

Fainting women unlock more items. Once fainting occurs, engage in sexual acts with the defenseless women, using them as living sex dolls.

Creampie results in pregnancy. Using suppositories (locked at start) causes violent defecation later. You can also use fellatio, masturbate with their fresh panties, and give drinks before the game—diuretics, laxatives, or combined formulas (only diuretics available at start).
