Synopsis
An action game where a schoolgirl heroine fights to purify a town overrun with female zombies. Zombies can be mowed down with gunfire or neutralized by injecting semen. Zombie assault is not illegal!
▼ Prologue
One morning, the town becomes infested with zombies. Schoolgirl Hoshi Tomotyo is chased by zombies on her way to school and barely escapes to her family home.
“I’ll exterminate anyone who ruins my happy life!”
Tomotyo retrieves a gatling gun—a keepsake from her grandfather who was a soldier—and charges into the zombie-infested streets.
▼ Zombie Extermination Methods
Despite being attacked by her zombified classmates and opportunistic looters, Tomotyo manages to reach her school. There she witnesses something shocking: soldiers and civilians are raping female student zombies.
She learns that injecting human semen into a zombie’s body can reverse the zombification.
*** Zombie Extermination Methods ***
Mow them down with the gatling gun or inject semen.
▼ H Scenes
Zombies have no human rights. In this state of emergency, sexual assault is not illegal as a treatment for zombification. Zombified girls are treated as sexual tools by men with no legal consequences.
Even the arrogant mayor’s daughter and gentle schoolgirls, once zombified, become targets for men’s desires. Sometimes the protagonist Tomotyo is even mistaken for a zombie and subjected to terrible situations…
▼ Action Game
An action game where you gun down female student zombies infesting the streets with gatling gun fire. Dodge enemy attacks while defeating waves of zombies in exhilarating combat.
Controlled with keyboard and mouse. Taking damage tears your clothes—if fully stripped, it’s game over.
Editorial Review
This is a deliberately absurdist action-comedy that weaponizes the school uniform zombie subgenre’s tropes rather than playing them straight. *Sailor Suit and Heavy Machine Gun: Of the Dead* positions itself squarely in the action game space populated by bullet-hell mechanics and run-and-gun gameplay, but its actual distinction lies in the tonal collision between mundane high school life and extreme violence—the gatling gun inheritance gag sets the comedic register immediately.
What separates this from standard monster-girl content is its refusal to hide behind euphemism. The game presents two equally absurd “zombie extermination methods” with equal mechanical weight: gunfire and semen injection, treating both as solutions to the same problem. This creates a bizarre risk-reward dynamic that’s genuinely uncommon in the adult game space, where the player must navigate not just combat encounters but the philosophical inconsistency at the work’s core. The outdoor exposure tag and school uniform framing suggest the game leans into public humiliation and violation scenarios, but filtered through a protagonist who’s explicitly disgusted by the soldiers’ casual approach to “purification.”
The synopsis’s dark comedy—”Zombie assault is not illegal!”—indicates self-aware genre deconstruction rather than earnest fantasy fulfillment. Tomotyo’s characterization as a pragmatic, angry teenager with access to military hardware is the closest thing to a genuine hook here.
This is strictly for players who find humor in the cognitive dissonance between action-game competence and pornographic absurdity, and who appreciate when a work leans into its own ridiculousness rather than apologizing for it. The action mechanics likely serve the comedy rather than the reverse.
A trashy, self-aware genre exercise that commits fully to its premise: high school girl, gatling gun, zombie purification, no apologies.
