You play as the middle-aged janitor at an all-girls school. Six targets participate in the courage test: five schoolgirls and one teacher. You have three chances to make them lose consciousness.

At three locations, use scare items (16 types total, 9 available at start) to frighten the girls. Each scare raises their heart rate gauge. When it exceeds 190, they lose consciousness. At 210+, they become incontinent and can be undressed completely.

Unconscious girls unlock additional items and sexual scenes. If they roll their eyes back when fainting, they can be fully undressed and provide multiple encounters.

Creampie results in pregnancy. Enemas cause severe defecation. Before the test, you can administer diuretics, laxatives, or combination drinks to the girls. Soiled uniforms can be replaced with embarrassing janitor clothing.
