Synopsis
Game Overview
Lisna, a witch apprentice, begins helping her grandmother for a mysterious purpose.
Explore the village to discover new dungeons, battle monsters, gather materials to trade with villagers, collect equipment, and face various encounters…
Eventually, Lisna becomes entangled in the obscene incidents spreading throughout the village.
(Depending on how you play, the village can remain peaceful and reach an ending without incident)
Whether Lisna maintains her purity until the end or becomes fully corrupted and meets a lewd conclusion depends entirely on the player’s choices.
The gameplay has a lighthearted feel, while the H-scenes feature strong themes of violation. The game also contains pregnant and belly inflation depictions. Please be cautious if these are not to your taste.
The H-scenes include 24 base CGs.
A demo version is available for download to check compatibility and get a feel for the game.
This game was created using RPG Maker VX Ace. To play, you will need to download the RPG Maker VX Ace RTP from the official RPG Maker website.

Editorial Review
Lisna and the Nightmare-Pregnant Village occupies a curious middle ground between lighthearted exploration-RPG and heavy-handed corruption narrative—a tonal split that defines both its appeal and its limitations. The dual-ending structure, where players can either shepherd the protagonist through untouched or guide her toward full debasement, positions this as a player-agency-driven work in the vein of progressive corruption games that have gained traction on DLsite in recent years.
What distinguishes this title is its explicit commitment to specific content: the combination of pregnancy and belly inflation themes paired with group violation scenarios is relatively uncommon in the English-translated RPG Maker space, catering to a niche overlap audience. The 24 base CGs, while modest by contemporary standards, appear focused rather than sprawling. The developers’ transparency about tonal dissonance—cheerful village exploration mechanics bleeding into scenes designed to depict violation—suggests they’re aware they’re threading a needle, which at least indicates intentionality rather than uneven design.
The core loop (gathering materials, trading with villagers, exploring dungeons) recalls traditional town-based RPGs, but the mechanics serve primarily as pacing structure between encounter chains. This works if you’re invested in the emergent narrative of village degradation; it drags if you’re seeking substantive gameplay depth. The bondage and corruption tags suggest scenarios beyond simple non-consent, implying a progression system where Lisna’s entanglement deepens mechanically and narratively.
The availability of a demo is commendable for a genre where content preferences are non-negotiable, and RPG Maker VX Ace optimization is a known variable.
Lisna is explicitly for players seeking corruption routes with pregnancy content specifically, who value player choice in moral trajectory, and who can tolerate a game where exploration busywork funds darker narrative payoffs. Recommended only if the specialized content tags align precisely with your interests—this isn’t a gateway corruption work.
