    Synopsis

    ◆Story

    One day in Gensokyo. Some of the youkai have grown tired of the Spell Card Rules. Hatate then proposes a new ruleset: the Wait Turn System, also known as the Tactics Rules.

    To spread word of the new rules, a tour of Gensokyo begins.
