Synopsis
Kouta Sugimoto transfers to a new school after being bullied at his previous one.
There he meets Shigeo Utsuki, the school’s psychological counselor…
Utsuki has obtained hypnosis and uses it to manipulate the school’s teachers and female students for his own amusement.
Sugimoto soon discovers that Yuria Kisaragi, the girl he admires, is also under Utsuki’s hypnotic control.
