Synopsis
Zetus Hazama, a human who somehow wandered into an angel academy, has been struggling through numerous trials since enrollment—the Sacred Aptitude Exam, the Divine Protection Restriction Test, and more. Now he’s pushing forward with dreams of a rosy high school life with Leti Mullet, the girl he fell for at first sight.
As a Full Rings candidate, Zetus is now assigned a school field trip to the human world. His mission: infiltrate Naoha Academy High School as a transfer student and observe the first love story of a human girl named Seon Yura.
“This has to be a joke! Why am I the only one stuck with this creepy stalker mission?! This is just a punishment game!”
“Shouldn’t an angel have a cooler, more dignified objective?!”
Despite Zetus’s confusion and protests, the field trip begins mercilessly. Is this all part of some greater destiny?
Will Zetus ever get his dreamed-of rosy high school days with Leti Mullet?
Editorial Review
My Full Rings positions itself as a romantic comedy-fantasy hybrid straddling the familiar academy-set visual novel landscape, but the angel-school framing and sci-fi inflection give it a distinct angle. Rather than the typical harem progression, this work anchors itself in a specific romantic goal—Zetus’s pursuit of Leti Mullet—while layering in an absurdist mission premise (infiltrating the human world to monitor another girl’s romance) that drives both comedic tension and narrative momentum.
What distinguishes this entry is the genre collision itself: the supernatural academy setting wouldn’t stand out alone, but pairing it with a human-world infiltration mission introduces structural variety. The work threads a deliberate romantic arc while maintaining the comedy through Zetus’s exasperation with increasingly ridiculous trials and assignments. The “Full Rings candidate” framing suggests systematic progression—tests, field trips, defined objectives—rather than the meandering slice-of-life typical of many school-set visual novels. This progression-based structure appeals to players who want narrative momentum alongside character relationship development.
The comedy tags paired with romance indicate a lighter tonal approach than angst-heavy supernatural fiction. The presence of both angel and human school settings suggests environmental contrast that can sustain comedic fish-out-of-water scenarios while delivering genuine romantic beats between Zetus and Leti. The supernatural and sci-fi tags hint at lore-building without suggesting grimdark tone—this reads as accessible fantasy rather than mythologically dense or mechanically complex.
Ideal for players seeking character-driven romance with genuine comedic relief, who appreciate academy settings but want structural clarity and a defined romantic objective rather than open-ended relationship juggling. The work appeals specifically to those comfortable with fish-out-of-water premises and angel-adjacent worldbuilding without requiring prior franchise knowledge.
A solid romantic comedy that understands pacing through narrative objectives rather than just scene accumulation.
