Synopsis
The goal of this game is to increase your fame and hunter rank to become the ultimate hunter.
The game consists of 10 chapters (+1) and progresses in a board game format.
We’ve made significant improvements to the gameplay compared to the previous installment, allowing you to deeply enjoy both the board game and RPG elements throughout.
There are also plenty of things to do like missions.
For those who want to enjoy the game for a long time and for beginners, we’ve prepared an “Ultra Relaxing Mode” in addition to the regular “Relaxing Mode.”
※The demo version is shared between both Kana and Hikaru editions. (Both allow you to play only Chapter 1 of Hikaru Edition)

Editorial Review
Relaxing Hunter Life 2 positions itself as a hybrid adventure that merges board game progression with traditional RPG mechanics—a genuinely uncommon formula in the adult game space, where most titles default to either visual novel linearity or dungeon-crawling structure. The board game framework here isn’t window dressing; it’s the scaffolding that paces your climb through hunter ranks across eleven chapters, distinguishing this from the stat-grind fatigue that plagues many progression-focused adult titles.
What makes this sequel notable is its architectural refinement. The developers explicitly engineered gameplay improvements over the first installment, and the dual difficulty options—Relaxing Mode and Ultra Relaxing Mode—signal genuine accessibility design rather than artificial padding. This tier approach matters: it allows players with different patience thresholds to engage with the same narrative content without feeling gatekept by grind. The inclusion of multiple side missions provides organic pacing breaks within the board game loop, preventing the inevitable monotony of pure turn-based advancement.
The voice cast is substantial for an RPG Maker project, with established voice actors like Asakura Yuna and a rotating roster across both the Kana and Hikaru editions. This dual-protagonist structure suggests intentional replayability value, though the shared demo limits assessment of how meaningfully their routes diverge. The “story rich” tag coupled with adventure-focused design hints at narrative depth beyond typical progression games, though the synopsis remains vague on actual story beats.
This lands squarely in the niche for players who crave low-stress progression without the visual novel pacing, or board game enthusiasts seeking adult content with mechanical substance. The combination of RPG Maker production, board game mechanics, and multiple-character focus creates something deliberately positioned against the industry’s fast-paced norm.
A relaxation-focused progression game that actually respects both its mechanics and your time investment.
