Eternal Tomb

Synopsis

When mankind emerged as a species and spread across the continent, it was discovered.

A cavern shrouded in deep, impenetrable darkness.

A perilous place where sunlight never reaches, inhabited by monsters that bare their fangs at humans. The last unexplored frontier left to humanity, who have conquered the entire continent, established kingdoms, and built nations.

Countless adventurers have ventured into this cavern.

Seeking the treasures that sleep within, many have crossed its threshold.

…Yet not a single one has ever returned.

All who have entered that cavern have met gruesome ends, their corpses left to rot in that place. Their souls, unable to find peace, remain trapped within its depths.

The cavern that deals death to adventurers and imprisons their souls has come to be called by one name:

“The Eternal Tomb.”

A graveyard from which, once you set foot inside, your very soul is bound, never to escape.

Yet still, the number of adventurers visiting the cavern does not diminish.

What drives them forward? Is it curiosity about the unknown? Or the promise of legendary treasures buried within?

At this very moment, a proclamation from the King reaches all citizens of the realm:

The Queen has fallen gravely ill.

No medicine can cure it. No physician, no matter how renowned, can heal her.

Whoever can cure this illness shall receive any reward they desire.

A sickness that even the continent’s greatest king cannot remedy. There remains but one possibility to save her:

The “Eternal Tomb”—that which lies on the same continent, beyond even the King’s reach.

With dreams of fortune and glory, another adventurer enters the cavern…
