The protagonist moves into a suspiciously cheap apartment in what turns out to be a luxury building. Despite the obvious signs of it being a problem property with a history of short-term tenants, the protagonist is dazzled by the lavish space and moves in anyway. At first, nothing seems amiss, but strange occurrences gradually reveal themselves. The apartment is haunted by the spirits of a family of three: an impotent husband endlessly repeating SM acts, and a mother and son locked in an endless cycle of incestuous depravity. The protagonist begins to uncover what tragedy befell this room, and soon becomes trapped in the repeating chain of this sexual hell.

■Content description.

This is a complete horror work. As the protagonist investigates what happened in this cursed property, they become drawn into the reincarnation-like cycle of lust that continues even after death—sometimes taking on the role of the husband, sometimes the son. The work contains two parts: SM acts and incest, with the incest content being nearly twice as voluminous. It’s a somewhat scary game, but whether you play as the husband or the son is entirely up to you.
