Synopsis
You are the coach of a high school baseball team. Your only job is to decide the team’s weekly training regimen.
However, your roster completely turns over every three years. The first-year players you develop today won’t become key players for another two years—and by then, your current ace will be gone. Each player has different talents and growth patterns that aren’t immediately apparent.
Your players are watching you. If you encourage them and stay late to support their practice, they’ll respond. If you ignore them, they’ll quietly drift away and eventually submit transfer requests.
July arrives with the summer tournament. You’ll make pitching changes, send in pinch hitters, and if you win, it’s off to Koshien. Lose, and your third-year players graduate—then a new team begins the following week. There’s no limit to how long you can serve as coach.
Features:
Weekly strategic decisions. Beyond seven training types, special requests arrive each week: voluntary after-practice sessions, practice game invitations, summer camp, exam periods, and intensive practice when you sense danger. Fifteen options total.
Unique individual players. Talent, growth type, ability caps, and trust in you as coach—who you focus on will determine the team three years from now.
Match progression by at-bat. Pitcher stamina, runner speed, errors, and extra innings included. You decide offensive strategies, pitching changes, and pinch hitters.
Designated hitter rules supported. Use it optionally or create a two-way player where your starting pitcher doubles as DH.
Play for as many years as you want. Reflect on your progress every three years as more graduates accumulate.
