Synopsis

The year is 2079 in the near future.

As humanity makes technological breakthroughs in surpassing biological genetic barriers, Stardust Biotech Corporation secretly launches the “T-7 Symbiote” experiment under the guise of “treating incurable diseases.” Their goal: to create “super soldiers” by fusing human cells with the genes of an unknown extraterrestrial life form.

However, the experiment spirals out of control. The symbiotes begin consuming humans, stripping them of reason and transforming them into grotesque, violent monsters called “Distortions.” To cover up the truth, Stardust Biotech seals off Kuroiwa City, where the research facility is located, and deploys mercenary forces to eliminate the surviving population.

Ella’s younger sister, Lia, is a key researcher at Stardust Biotech and the only person who knows the formula for the experimental antidote. Just before the city lockdown, she sends a distress signal to Ella, then disappears without a trace.
