Massage Tatsu, the Loan Shark Boss!

On opening day, the person who opened the doors to your chiropractic clinic was… not a customer, but a loan shark debt collector.

Noticing her chronic stiff shoulders caused by her voluminous breasts, you make a proposal:

“Tatsu-san… aren’t your shoulders feeling stiff?”

* Game Flow

Just like in the main game, this is a simulation game where you manage clinic funds and various stats while deepening your relationship of trust with Tatsu.

Repeat the cycle of “Counseling – Massage – Action Selection” to aim to pay off your debt in 3 months (12 weeks).

Full-Color Upgrade for Main Game CGs

All main game CGs for “Thrilling! Erotic Massage” have been completely renewed in full color.

Enjoy a new layer of charm, from the warmth of skin to shifting expressions.

[New Content] Underground Casino & Live2D-Style Fondling Events

Play the “HIGH & LOW” card game against the bunny-suited store clerk!

Every time you build up a win streak — such as 3, 6, or 10 consecutive wins — the reward events get progressively more intense!

The protagonist’s chiropractic master is holding a special seminar!
